Blackened Redfish with Garlic Butter Veggies

 
 
 

Product: Frozen Redfish Fillet
Prep Time: 20 min
Serves: 4


Ingredients:

  • 4 redfish fillets, thawed & pat dry

  • 2 tbsp blackening seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, onions)

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Rub thawed fillets with blackening seasoning.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high and sear fillets skin-side down for 3–4 minutes, then flip and cook another 2–3 minutes.

In a separate pan, sauté veggies in butter until tender.
Serve redfish over veggies with a squeeze of lemon.
