Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl

 
 
 

Product: Frozen Ahi Tuna Poke
Prep Time: 10 min
Serves: 4


Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Jensen Tuna poke, thawed and drained

  • 2 cups cooked rice of your choice

  • 1 packet of NOH Hawaiian Poke Seasoning

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • ½ cup edamame

  • ½ cup cucumber, sliced

  • Any other toppings you might like on your poke bowl!

  • Optional: green onions, sesame seeds, sriracha mayo


Instructions:

  1. Follow instructions on NOH Hawaiian Poke Seasoning. 

  2. In a separate bowl, gently toss thawed tuna in seasoning mix and sesame oil. 

  3. Assemble rice bowls with rice on the bottom, then top with tuna, avocado, edamame, cucumber, and all other toppings.

Drizzle with sriracha mayo and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
