Ingredients:
12 oz cooked pasta (elbow or shells)
1 tbsp butter
½ onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pack crawfish tail meat, thawed
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 cup milk
Optional: green onions or hot sauce for topping
Instructions:
In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft.
Add crawfish and Cajun seasoning, cooking until warmed through.
Stir in milk and cheese until smooth and creamy.
